Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actress from America. Her most well-known role is her role as Skyler White on Breaking Bad, an AMC drama series Breaking Bad for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in A Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Other roles she has played include Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell into acting the Preparatory stage before relocating the family there to Ohio. The theatre school she attended was Northwestern University and spent a semester at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her journey in Chicago-area theatres for several years. Her next move was to TV and film. Anna received her breakthrough in the year 1992, when she portrayed Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. At the beginning of 1990, she was a frequent guest in TV and film like Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. At the beginning of 2000 she was assigned to Deadwood in the role of Martha Bullock for two full seasons. Skyler played the character in Breaking Bad. Sully as well as Deadwood was also a part of her professional career. Gunn also took to the stage starring in the David Swimer-directed version of Sex With Strangers.
